Our History
Established in 1948, Beck’s Bedding has over 65 years of combined experience in mattress manufacturing.
Beck’s Bedding has been proudly family owned and operated by 3 generations of the Beck family.
First Generation
John Beck learnt his trade at Myer after WW2 before he decided to venture out and began Beck’s Bedding in 1948. The business was originally set up in Flemington before moving to Preston in 1951.
Second Generation
Alan Beck followed his father into the business and has over 50 years of experience in the bedding industry.
Third Generation
David Beck began working at Beck’s Bedding in 1986. After completing year 12, he obtained a bachelor of business degree (Bus. Admin) at RMIT while working at Beck’s Bedding.
Beck’s Bedding have been providing Victorian families with high quality bedding from generation to generation.
